Summary

The Supervisor of Continuous Improvement will be responsible for promoting the use of lean tools across the brand to drive continuous improvements throughout the organization. This role will work with plant transformation teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, train employees on lean principles, and help to identify efficiencies. This position will lead and coach 1-3 local CI Technicians.

Position Requirements

  • Drive a Continuous Improvement culture by deploying lean tools, including VSM, Standard work, 5S, TPM, OEE).
  • Lead continuous product and process improvement activities by collaborating with various groups to reduce cycle time, COPQ, DPU, and increase productivity and sigma values.
  • Create a positive learning environment by coaching team members on lean thinking, principles, and tools.
  • Guide evaluation of manufacturing processes for opportunities for automation.
  • Utilize A3 problem solving techniques to identify root cause analysis and implement solid solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in an engineering or related field
  • 4 or more years in Continuous Improvement required
  • Leadership Experience preferred
