Description
Our Corporate Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can be instrumental to the internal and external financial reporting and analysis of our $3 billion global organization. This role works with the rest of the finance organization to consolidate the financial statements to support quarterly and annual SEC filings and will work cross functionally across various global departments including direct interaction with the Global Finance Leadership Team.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Preparing financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Supporting the filing of 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC reporting forms
  • Drafting quarterly board reporting materials, investor relations presentations and earnings releases
  • Ownership of more complex accounting areas requiring judgment and estimation
  • Performing technical accounting analysis, drafting documentation, and participating on project teams for non-routine transactions
  • Analyzing results and preparing monthly business reports
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and leading or assisting on deep dives within various technical accounting areas (such analyses often involve interaction with other company functions and personnel)

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years in public accounting
  • CPA
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and can tailor communications for different audiences
  • Ability to make decisions based on business and financial information
  • Demonstrates high proficiency and an advanced understanding of the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Able to establish priorities and deadlines, assesses resources and defines next steps
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
  • MBA, MSA, CMA or other evidence of technical competence
  • Proficiency with Tableau
