Overview
Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting Patients
  • Communication with Clinical Directors, Physical Therapists, Physicians, and Surgery Coordinators.
  • Scheduling Patients
  • Verifying patient insurance
  • Entering patient data into billing system
  • Obtaining and maintaining visit authorization
  • Preparing management information
  • Inputting Data Collected from In-house Research

Other Tasks:
The admissions person reports to the clinic director and does any other tasks assigned by the clinic director.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in health care in a patient contact position is an advantage but not necessary
  • Experience in other industries, eg. retail, in a position requiring customer contact is also useful
  • Remote work

  • Need to be available for some weekend
