WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Like to strategize and provide vision to teams while driving results? Think you can improve our already exceptional hospitality and experiences we provide to our members? Honor Credit Union is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our West Michigan Region Member Center locations which include Allendale, Jenison, and Wyoming.
  • Responsible for ensuring the execution of an exceptional member experience and efficient operations of their assigned Member Centers.
  • Coaches, sets, and holds staff accountable to individual, departmental, and organizational goals, while ensuring proper policies, and guidelines, and procedures are in place and followed to achieve the credit union's strategic goals, maximizing member benefit.
  • Supports the organizations strategic direction by purposefully aligning regional goals with the credit union's values, holding teams accountable, and motivating, rewarding, and recognizing employees.
  • Helps lead new Member Center openings within the region and participates in project meetings as assigned.
  • Collaborates with others to create process improvements, fostering a better than before environment.
  • Supports outside sales teams to expand brand awareness and drive business.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • College degree in Business, Finance or a related field; or equivalent combination training and work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge or experience in budgets process, implementation of area policies, and explanation of company programs, and objectives.
  • Knowledge of and experience in performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and succession planning.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills to drive team engagement and build effective teams.
  • Collaborative results driven leader.
  • Creative and self-motivated leader that cultivates innovation.
  • Professional level of written and oral communication skills.
