Responsibilities
* The MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) Solution Architect (SA) role architect innovative and replicable customer business processes with Dassault Systemes MRO portfolio offerings.
* The SA accomplishes this mission collaboratively with account teams, customers, and technical experts to help translate business objectives, performance goals, and technical requirements to the 3DS portfolio.
* You will educate clients, identify client pains and opportunities for improvement, define and propose Industry Solutions Experiences(ISEs), Industry Process Experiences(IPEs) and architectures, prepare and deliver product demonstrations, explain the value of these solutions and support Proof of Value/Production pilots enabling our clients to fulfill their strategies & deliver value.
* Be a change agent by assessing customer business processes and proposing new ways working with 3DS MRO Solution offerings
* Effectively communicates technology direction, decisions, nuances, and tradeoffs across audiences, from leaders and subject matter experts
* Run fit gap analysis workshops, document the "To-be" processes, and demonstrate the product in a competent and professional manner with the goal of achieving our revenue targets.

Mission
As a MRO solution architect, you will be leading large Digital Transformation to enable the Model Based In-Service Virtual Twin Experience with prospective Clients. Dassault Systems is the leading provider of MRO solutions covering Support and Service Engineering, preparations for Maintenance Execution, Monitor Systems and predictive Maintenance, maintenance Execution Enhanced by Augmented reality, In service Feedback and Maintenance Optimization.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience working as a Maintenance, Repair, or Overhaul (MRO) Engineer for an enterprise performing sustainment activities OR 10+ years of working experience selling, supporting, and deploying MRO software with a working knowledge of the industry direction.
* Working level knowledge of model-based principles with the ability to lead a sales engagement requiring practical application of this methodology.
* Proficient in aftermarket business processes involving large, complex equipment like gas turbines, aircrafts, engines, elevators/escalators etc
* Demonstrated expertise in MRO, Field service engineering/planning/execution
* Good understanding of governing standards in MRO space - S Series, technical publications
* Influential leadership skills to drive internal and external collaboration
* Ability to tailor communication to leadership or technical audiences
* Experience participating in and preferably providing technical leadership on large projects and systems related to MRO
Required Education & Professional Experience
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Master's Degree preferred
* 10+years of maintenance/manufacturing domain expertise
* Strong software/applications technical background
