SUMMARY
The 3rd Shift Truck Loader/Forklift Operator is the link between our production, fabrication, and delivery operation. The Truck loader creates the shipping routes, loads product, and routes trucks for delivery to customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Load SAPS & Transfer Trucks
- Complete Truck Routing
- Truck Unloading
- Operate fork-lift and material moving equipment
- Use a computer to perform data entry
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Performs other related duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of related experience
- 3-6 months driving forklift; certification preferred
- Ability or willingness to drive manual tractor/trailers
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of arithmetic
- Must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment including fork-lift and 4D.
- Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of ERP systems and truck routing software
- Able to operate a tractor trailer within the confines the facility
- Experience backing trailers is helpful
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 65lbs.
