General Summary:

Acts as the core business manager for Greenfield Health Systems (GHS) developed partnerships, and represents GHS as the central person of its management team overseeing all business and entity affairs including all operational, clinical, fiscal, marketing and human resource needs of the given business. In conjunction with the GHS management team, partners and medical directors, carries out the day to day and long term needs of the business.

  • Oversees both the long-term plans and daily operations of assigned dialysis partnerships.
  • Working with the partners and medical director, operates the program as a specified brand, and is the central representative of the business.
  • Oversees administrative role in policies and procedures, physical plant, recruitment, budget preparation, accounts receivable interaction, salary compensation and employee relations.
  • Oversees and assesses capital expenditures.
  • Formulates a capital plan in conjunction with the partners and makes formal recommendations to the partners for capital approvals.
  • Prepares for and conducts all planned agendas, resolutions and proposals and materials to facilitate the partnership process and meetings.
  • Develops and submits specific plans for presentation to the partners.
  • Directly supervises facility managers as applicable, and is directly or indirectly responsible for other facility positions.
  • Assesses market conditions and develops strategic plan for maintaining and enhancing market share within area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the coordination of renovation and building projects.
  • Promotes and oversees Quality Improvement initiatives and customer focus programs.
  • Optimizes the financial position of the partnerships through the management of both costs and revenues.
  • Prepares both budgets and financial plans for presentation to the partners.
  • Represents both GHS and the partnership meetings and in public dealings related to the business and the industry.
  • Facilitates the regulatory process of the business including responses to state and federal surveys.
  • Prepares and processes all certification applications as required in the name of the given business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Five years supervisory experience in dialysis required.
  • Masters in the area of business practice preferred.
