Digital Marketing Manager - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)

This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Responsible for leading efforts that effectively leverage digital channels to attract and engage new members, build brand awareness, promote products and services to existing members, and support member retention.
  • Designs, implements, manages, and analyzes the performance of robust, omnichannel digital advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Manages outside vendors and internal team member relationships to reach target audiences, drive traffic, increase conversion rates and reach marketing goals through effective paid (SEM, PPC, Display, Video, CTV-OTT, Remarketing, etc.) and organic marketing within set budgets and timelines.
  • Aligns Honor's digital branding, messaging, and member experience with the in-person member journey to drive new business and deliver exceptional service and information to our members.
  • Analyzes complex data throughout the sales funnel from online channels to websites, apps, CRM, Core, and other internal digital platforms.
  • Works with the Director of Marketing, oversees the Digital Marketing Team, and works closely with members of the marketing team and various other internal departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of current technology and market trends, data, behavior economics, and be well versed in website analytics and data analysis tools. Understands how to apply emerging technology trends to curate unique and immersive digital experiences for current and prospective members.
  • Participates on teams for the implementation of new or updated digital initiatives such as digital banking, online account management, and fintech integrations.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is required; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Google AdWords certification, Google Analytics certification, or Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the American Marketing Association are desired.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
  • Preparatory experience overseeing digital marketing strategies, web platforms, SEM, paid social, SEO, email automation, digital advertising, retargeting, and optimization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of two years marketing management experience.
  • Expertise in CRM or email automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, well-organized and have an excellent eye for detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, CRM platforms, email and automation platforms
  • Handle issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
