Role Summary

The Rivian Sr. Financial Services Funding Specialist is responsible for interfacing with customers, Rivian internal teams, and bank partners to ensure that all required funding package and documentation is obtained and submitted to bank partners in a timely manner. This opening is remote and reports to a Manager- Financial Services Operations. The focus will be to help customers seamlessly finance Rivian vehicles and support the end-to-end Rivian sales process in a collaborative, customer focused, streamlined, and efficient manner.


Responsibilities

  • Interact with bank partner funding teams acting as the customer advocate to resolve escalated items in timely manner.
  • Interact directly with customers proactively as needed via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve complex funding issues.
  • Document critical processes and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ensure stipulations and documentation are in order and valid before submitting the loan/lease package for funding.
  • Perform various funding tasks, such as remittance processing, compliance audits, contract corrections, and booking errors.
  • Act as subject matter expert for other customer facing internal Rivian teams on Rivian Financial Services funding policies and processes.
  • Generate and verify accuracy on finance contract documents as needed.
  • Meet or exceed team and individual Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in auto/installment loan/lease financial services operational roles (e.g funding, customer service, titles, remarketing, sales tax etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with auto finance software systems.
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Effective collaboration skills and a positive, high energy, can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and display organizational skills.
  • Ability to execute with minimal direction/independent judgement.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality of work.
  • Ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing timelines.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $87,000 to $109,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for Washington Based Applicants: $87,000 to $109,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for Colorado Based Applicants: $83,100 to $104,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for New York Based Applicants: $94,000 to $118,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
