Maintenance Technician

Oscoda Plastics has several openings for a Maintenance Technician in their Maintenance Department. The position is located in Oscoda, Michigan. These positions are full-time positions with excellent benefits. All shifts available!

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Maintain facility and associated equipment
• Work with maintenance vendors
• Complete and submit company purchase requisitions

Position Requirements:

• Self-motivated and be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work all shifts and overtime
• Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting, operating machinery, etc.
• Excellent safety and attendance record
• Must have initiative and be able to work in a team and individually
• Must have experience with Industrial Controls
• Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication
• Must have minimum 2 years' experience in industrial repair
