At Clarios, our interns will:
Apply their educational experience to solve actual real-world business problems
Obtain exposure to industry leaders
Learn directly from functional experts by having weekly 1:1 mentoring conversations related to career development
Develop a comprehensive understanding of specific team and department initiatives and goal
Develop and expand functional, technical and soft skills
Learn about Clarios' broad portfolio of products and services through field experience
Travel toClarios manufacturing plants to provide perspective into production and operations
Attend customized trainings and additional workshops focused on career development and networking
Collaborate with peers and present findings at the conclusion of the internship to the Clarios executive leadership team
Our department manages all rewards touchpoints for an associate from onboarding (comp analysis, offer, job leveling, signons, allowance offerings), to rewarding/retaining (retention programs, promotions, annual merit and bonus awards, long-term incentives, recognition programs, leave management), through termination (severance, outstanding executive compensation, pension, bonus payouts). In total rewards, an intern will get the opportunity to engage not only with the full spectrum of HR processes, but also the marketing/communications, finance, procurement, operations, sales leadership in addition to the many external benefits vendors we have in place. Strong total rewards professionals will need to understand all parts of the business as well as the current makeup of the employeepopulation. The team is cohesive andteam-oriented. The love to coach and train on current processes and are open to new ideas.

Global Job Grading Reviews-To ensure Clarios has an internally and externally aligned comp review process for each new job/promotion and to understand how to analyze market compensation information.Individual grading presentations shared with Global Grading Team.
Ad hoc compensation projects/analyses-To review topics such as diversity and inclusion, pay equity, performance pay analysis, grading analysis, outlier pay to ensure Clarios TR structures continue to be competitive, equitable, and transparent. Individual analyses and summary/proposal presentations.
What We Look For:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
Excellent communication & organization skills
Self -Motivated with a desire to learn
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail
Time management skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks
