Job Description:

Crowe's Healthcare Consulting practice is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our product team in a business analyst role. This individual will work closely with our Finance & Reimbursement product owner and learning/customer application experience lead with activities around our new and existing applications. The ideal candidate has strong communication (verbal and written) and project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. He/she is able establish rapport, communicate complexities, and document issues/options/solutions in ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical team members. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following.

  • Write test cases for Healthcare products during development cycle.

  • Lead user acceptance testing, including reporting and documenting defects, and conducting complex root cause analysis

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement

  • Create training and product release documentation.

  • Transform technical documentation into client facing documentation

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage the business customer, gathering, writing their requirements, and communicating business concepts to technical audiences

  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

  • Ability to prepare templates, charts, diagrams, workflows, and visual media for targeted audiences in support of business requirements gathering and other key business communications

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop in-depth understanding of key business functions and the business processes they support

  • Project management experience; ability to identify potential barriers/roadblocks and communicate them to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3-4 years of experience working on a technology/development team.

  • Familiarity and understanding of SDLC and Scrum principles.

  • Accounting/finance background/education preferred

  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus

  • Proven project management and process improvement skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) preferred.

  • Position requires minimal travel
