Job Description:

Are you proactive, think out of the box, and looking for a challenging and rewarding career? The Tax Operations team is looking for a highly motivated individual that has the desire to listen, learn and help our team drive positive change. In this role, the right individual can make a significant impact in the Tax Operations team and supporting the Tax Business Unit.

Specific tasks include:

Proactively managing multiple projects that can vary from people to recruiting to integration

Support the Tax Operations executive and the Tax Financial Manager on special projects that directly impact the Tax team

Other tasks will be determined based on the skill set of the right candidate

Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. required
Experienced in public accounting, consulting or other professional services organization is ideal but is not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary
Ability to work independently and execute tasks in a timely manner while paying close attention to detail
Critical thinking skills along with emotional IQ
Strong technical skills - i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel (v-lookups and pivots)
Financial acumen and understanding of terminology
This position requires minimal if any travel
