Donor Contact Representative
Responsible for recruiting donors to our fixed site locations by creating an exceptional donor experience through assigned outbound call activity. The Donor Contact Representative is accountable for individual metrics as well as the whole blood goals determined for each location.
Customer Service Focused Phlebotomist (training provided)
Responsibilities include transport of equipment, supplies, and staff to and from mobile sites. Setting up and tearing down of mobiles, registering, screening, and drawing blood products. Assisting and facilitating smooth and efficient donor flow. Performs quality control functions and provides exceptional Internal and external customer service.
Under the direction of the Hospital Services Supervisors, is responsible for customer service, distribution, record keeping, SOP compliance and as applicable component preparation and testing.
