This is a seasonal position to begin mid May through early September.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for someone to join our warehouse team in Hermansville, MI. The Material Handler is responsible for handling all the recyclables, operating a PET and Aluminum bailer, and additional duties will include general housekeeping, stocking/rotating product and organizing/staging shells and pallets and setting up andtaking down equipment atSpecial Events when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High-School diploma.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

3. Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills with the ability to work within a highly distracting environment.

4. Must have the ability to operate powered industrial equipment including a fork-truck in a safe manner and maintain annual fork-truck certification.

5. Ability to continually lift 60 pounds from floor to waist height and occasionally lift 75 pounds from floor to shoulder height.

6. Prolonged sitting, standing, twisting, and/or bending.

7. The repetitive motion of one's neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms.

8. Basic math skills.

9. Must possess intermediate personal computer skills.

10. Support various operational departments and personnel while working with management to achieve company goals.

11. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.

12. Must have the ability to work in an indoor environment with fluctuating temperatures.
