Cleveland-Cliffshas opportunities for entry level steel production positions at our Dearborn Works facility. This opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to get a start in the steel-making industry.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• This is a general production position, therefore responsibilities will vary based on assignment.
• Qualified applicants must be able to perform any and all tasks assigned and must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• These tasks typically involve physical labor, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, as needed.
• Candidates may be expected to operate machinery such as cranes and mobile equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid drivers license.
• Threeyears of industrial work experience and mechanical aptitude or abilities preferred.
• Candidates must be willingto operate in-cab cranesthat are approximately 70 feet above ground levelor higher.

Due to the nature of the operations, the facility is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and365 days a year.Candidates are required to be willing to work any shift, any day of the week including nights, weekends, and holidays.Shifts are typically 8 to 12 hours a dayand may include overtime.
