Sr Accounts Receivable Analyst - NSK Corporation

The Company

NSK is a global manufacturer of ball and roller bearings, linear motion technology, automotive components, and steering systems with both domestic and overseas manufacturing capabilities. The Sr Accounts Receivable Analyst Role

Maintain the integrity of the receivables system for all NSK companies while assisting in the processing of accounts receivable transactions for various customers. Other responsibilities include resolution of problems internal and external to NSK.

Responsibilities

  • Collection on past all customer accounts.
  • Process manual billing as necessary.
  • Resolve problems on customer invoices by working with various NSK locations and departments through NSK's quality management system.
  • Working with external customers to resolve questions regarding their account, i.e. terms, problem invoices, payment issues.
  • Prepares monthly reporting on customers and participates in monthly AR reviews with the Finance business unit.
  • Reconciles A/R accounts to the general ledger on a monthly basis.
  • Preparation and distribution of Affiliate statements at the end of the month, as well as resolving any issues with the Affiliate.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned.
  • Make recommendations to management for customer write offs.

Education & Experience

  • This position strongly prefers a minimum of an Associate's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
  • Requires strong customer services skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.

This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Ann Arbor Headquarters.
