Job Description

Job Summary

The Dealer Lender Matching Analyst will be responsible for operating RouteOne's process for ensuring accurate and timely Auto Dealership to Auto Lender Associations (relationships) within RouteOne. The position involves accurately matching dealers within RouteOne to dealers listed within finance source provided files daily, leveraging both RouteOne's homegrown operational processing technology, along with other commercially available tools (e.g. MS Excel). The Analyst is also responsible for correcting any errors in the operational implementation of those filings and relaying any issues or necessary corrections to their originating finance sources.

Excel reports may be required sometimes in the form of spreadsheets and graphs. The scope of the DLM Analyst position includes working closely with other teams to help manage and anticipate Dealer/Lender files. This position may also include phone communication with finance sources to understand or discuss issues with batch processing. The goal of the DLM Analyst is to be able to process, batch, and reconcile all finance source files in the required timeframe for each integration partner.

Job Requirements

  • Processing finance provided source files and batching matches leveraging RouteOne's technology suite
  • Recognizing DLM errors and communicating with internal employees and finance sources to resolve those errors.
  • Working with dealer and lender "mapping requests" and periodic Service Desk Support tickets.
  • Creating a confirmation file for new finance source customers
  • Communicating with finance sources daily.
  • Executing weekly programs to find additional matches.
  • Updating system profiles.
  • Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Strong analytics and critical thinking skills a must.

Other Essential Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Prior experience in automotive retail finance or other related consumer finance experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree a plus.
