Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prototype Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Prototype Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the development and testing of prototype vehicles, ensuring that they meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. In your daily job you will:

• Coordinate prototypes timing and amount for internal and external customers
• Establish demand plans
• Components procurement and tracking for prototype builds
• Supplier management for components
• Responsible for achievement of design revision, cost and delivery targets
• Responsible for the communication and coordination of engineering changes / activities within manufacturing plant and suppliers
• Support manufacturing plants production dates based on components availability

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in prototype development, testing, or project coordination within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
