Role Summary

The Account Specialist, 3P Service Programs will support the Rivian Authorized Service Provider Network, a third-party (3P) service ecosystem for Rivian fleet customers. This role will have responsibility for the day-to-day administration of all network elements of third-party service centers. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and will need to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Account Specialist, 3P Service Programs will report to our Manager, Collision Operation.


Responsibilities

  • Help identify the program requirements and offerings in close alignment with Rivian teams (especially strategy, legal, field service operations, training, tooling & equipment) to capture business needs and timing
  • Serve as the primary liaison with our third-party service centers, responsible for implementing program initiatives and serving as the key point of escalation for significant operational challenges, with a commitment to delivering successful resolutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the service quality of partner-managed service center, ensure compliance with program requirements, conduct regular reviews and analysis of business metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Responsible for handling daily inquiries and resolving issues to Rivian's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and integrated experience across all digital touchpoints used to manage the 3P service network
  • Monitor third-party repairer quality and warranty activity and work cross-functionally with auditing of service partner invoices within Coupa to ensure compliance and agreed upon labor rate(s)
  • Maintaining warranty payout oversight with regular updates to finance and management

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in automotive service operations. OEM network management or vendor management preferred
  • Possesses an understanding of automotive repair processes and conveys findings and recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrates quantitative and analytical skills, coupled with an attention to detail
  • Exhibits ability to prioritize deliverables, effectively balancing speed and accuracy in decision-making
  • Effectively manages internal and external stakeholder relationships and adapts communication style to influence and inspire others
  • Ability to work and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel about 40% Domestically
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to commit to working across all timezones per the needs of customers and Rivian's cross functional teams
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Required to communicate using phone and/or e-mail
  • Ability to view, read, and interpret documents
  • Ability to perform all duties in an office environment that may contain ambient noise and temperature fluctuations

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $87,300 to $118,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for Washington Based Applicants: $87,300 to $109,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for Colorado Based Applicants: $83,500 to $104,400 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for New York Based Applicants: $94,900 to $118,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
