Compensation $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced tax professional to help our company continue its steady growth. At OneStream, you will be exposed to a broad range of experiences within the global tax field while growing your knowledge of our business. The position will require interaction with employees in other departments/groups within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate preparation of federal, state and local income/franchise tax returns
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
• Respond to notices from various taxing jurisdictions
• Participate in tax audits by gathering supporting documentation, preparing supporting workpapers and drafting responses
• Conduct tax research on as needed basis
• Responsible for timely account reconciliations and required entries for all direct tax accounts
• Monitor and interpret tax law changes and the impact on tax positions and calculations
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Assist with compliance related to our foreign locations by coordinating with foreign advisors
• Coordinate with service providers on preparation of foreign tax returns

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Formal Education and Certification

• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a accounting related field or equivalent work experience

Knowledge and Experience

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in direct tax
• Experience with International Tax Compliance
• Strong Skills working within ERP Systems (EX: Avalara, Intacct)
