Base Pay $20.00- $25.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shif differential
Night Shift Hours (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and development of team
- Ensure team is always wearing all PPE while on the floor and ensuring all safety initiatives and requirements are being followed
- Checking with supervisors to verify correct product for the daily production
- Notifying supervisors of material inventory when material needs to be ordered
- Cross training team to maximize full potential of the team
- Working with maintenance department to ensure equipment is working and functioning properly
- Daily communications to the team, to include the goal for the day and progress
- Managing the team and their ability to complete their job in its entirety in the proper time frame
- Must be able to work Monday - Saturday (12 hour shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
- High school diploma or GED
