Fossil Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Treasury Analyst for a contract position. Based in Richardson, TX, you will report to the Sr. Director Treasury and contribute to the Treasury and Corporate Finance function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive cash flow forecasting and analysis tailored to the dynamic needs of multinational companies
  • Ensure meticulous compliance reporting for debt facilities
  • Prepare monthly borrowing base certificate to support the ABL debt facility
  • Manage annual field audit, inventory valuation audit, and IP valuation audit in support of the ABL debt facility
  • Synthesize and present key cash flow metrics and forecasts to executive financial management
  • Provide corporate business owners with reporting/analysis to drive accountability and action
  • Financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanations
  • Assist with foreign currency trading
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of finance-related experience (FP&A, Capital Markets)
  • Treasury management experience for multinational companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects
  • Maintain strong analytical skills and produce insights from large amounts of data
  • Develop process improvements and share expertise with others
  • Self-motivated and strives to continuously improve profitability
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (oral, written, and numerical)
  • Experience in Oracle Hyperion and Tableau applications, highly preferred

This is a short-term position with the possibility of becoming a full-time, permanent position when the contract concludes.
