Job Description:

We are looking for an eager and willing-to-learn janitorial to join our team. Essential job functions include but are not limited to cleaning and stocking restrooms daily, sweep/vacuum floors, cleaning break room, emptying trash and clean wash up sinks, dust etc.Responsibilities
  • Follow all health and safety regulations per Terex policies.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  • Operate floor scrubber and sweeper to maintain the facility floors.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
  • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-year of manufacturing, production, or custodial experience preferred
This position is hourly with a wage of $15.00/hr.
