What is this role about?

  • Travel to customer locations throughout Michigan to perform heat remediation services that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Responsible for set up, monitoring and break down of heat equipment at client locations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the value of our program and services and answer any questions that may arise.
  • Become proficient and perform visual bed bug inspections, heat treatments and Pesticide applications when necessary.
  • Document infestation findings and submit timely reports.
  • Maintain heat remediation equipment.


What you should bring to Griffin to be successful:

  • Being a high school graduate/having a GED and a valid driver's license are both requirements
  • You are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Available for daily travel throughout MI
  • Ability to maneuver and oversee the heating equipment
  • Strong mechanical /electrical aptitude helpful
