Job Description

Dropship Coordinator

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is looking for a Dropship Coordinator. This position is located at the Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan.

Position Responsibilities;

  • Issue /process purchase orders to vendors after internal order has been provided by the sales team
  • Match vendor confirmation of purchase/sales order
  • Will work with vendor / CSR to resolve differences in the purchase / sales order
  • Issue the invoice to the customer
  • Receive inventory into the drop ship warehouse and resolve any discrepancies
  • Clear the drop ship warehouse on a daily basis
  • Will provide ship dates and follow-up up delivery information to customers when needed
  • Will assist sales team to verify / update price books
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements;

  • 2 years of college with an emphasis in Accounting or General Business classes
  • Energetic and "self-starting"
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Duro-Last Roofing system a plus
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Customer service experience preferred/desired
