Digital Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager

Location: St. Paul, MN, or Mindelo Portugal

Role can be hybrid, on-site, or remote depending on location.

The Digital Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Customer Enablement and will play a critical role in managing digital Customer Experience (CX) projects on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with IT experts and software owners to implement software and website integrations, as well as spearhead new digital and process improvement initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end digital CX projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with ITexperts and software owners to integrate new software and website functionalities.
  • Lead digital initiatives, from concept to execution, to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Manage lighthouse projects with external vendors as outlined in the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results.
  • Work closely with the digital customer experience leadership team to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Support cross-functional teams in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and it project management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in managing projects, preferably in B2B Digital or IT environments. Candidates with similar experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using digital marketing and sales channels and technical solutions.
  • Experience with web design projects and UX best practices
    Ability to analyze market data and apply learnings to DCX project work.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and regions as needed for global projects.
  • Travel: up to 10% or less for trainings or corporate meetings.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing vendor relationships is desired.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $95,000 - 120,000.
